1. About these terms and who we are
These Terms of Service apply to your use of thetimeenergy.com and our connected reading pages, and to purchases made directly from us. The website is operated by The Time Energy Labs, Inc. (“The Time Energy”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

This is a mailing address only, not a shop or return address. Please contact us for return instructions before sending an item. Purchases through a third-party marketplace are also subject to that marketplace’s applicable purchase and payment terms.
2. Eligibility, accounts and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase a reading or create a reading account. Provide accurate order and calculation details, keep your sign-in codes private and do not access another person’s account. You may use a nickname for your reading; payment and shipping details must be accurate where required.
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its security or operation, submit harmful code, misuse free entitlements or reproduce our services for unauthorised commercial use. We may restrict abusive or unlawful activity, without removing rights attached to a valid paid order.
3. Nature and creation of our readings
Our readings draw on traditional Chinese metaphysics, including BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu and Qi Men Dun Jia, as described for each product. We calculate the charts and use AI-assisted interpretation to prepare the reading. Where applicable to the selected method, birth-chart calculations use true solar time based on the birthplace details supplied.
Readings are interpretive content for reflection, entertainment, personal growth and timing awareness. They are not statements of established scientific fact, guarantees of future events, or professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and should seek qualified advice when needed.
Interpretation depends on the information you provide and the method purchased. An unknown birth time can limit the analysis; a three-pillar option is available only where explicitly offered. Crystal intentions and pairings are symbolic reminders, not promises of healing or a particular result.
4. Orders, prices and payment
Product pages describe the reading or jewellery, its price and applicable delivery information. Our base listed prices are in US dollars (USD), unless another currency is clearly stated. If checkout offers a different currency, review the final currency, amount and any conversion information before paying. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction fees.
Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown or explained before you confirm payment. Digital readings have no physical shipping charge. Please check your selected product, reading year where applicable, calculation details, email and delivery address before submitting an order.
Payments are handled by the payment providers offered at checkout, including Stripe where displayed. By paying, you authorise the amount shown. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or begin fulfilment. If we cannot accept or fulfil a paid order, we will notify you and refund the affected amount.
Price changes apply to future orders and do not change the price of an accepted order. If an obvious listing or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to agree a correction or cancel and refund it; we will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.
5. Digital readings: delivery, cancellation and refunds
Paid readings are personalised digital products supplied as PDF reports by email, with any additional online access described for the product. Delivery timing is the estimate or commitment stated at purchase. Please use an accessible email address and check your spam folder if the report has not arrived.
Final sale: we do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds once digital supply has begun, subject to your mandatory legal rights. Where the law provides a withdrawal period, early digital supply requires your separate express consent and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of that right. Payment alone, personalisation alone, or acceptance of these terms is not a substitute for the required consent.
Where you request early supply, the consent control must be unchecked initially and completed by you before proceeding. Your order confirmation will include a record of your consent and acknowledgement. Where the legal conditions for loss of the withdrawal right are not met, any applicable withdrawal rights remain available.
For consumers in the EU/EEA or UK, where applicable law provides a 14-day withdrawal period for a digital-content purchase, that period normally runs from conclusion of the contract unless the legal conditions for early supply and loss of the right are met. To exercise an available withdrawal right, send a clear cancellation statement to hello@thetimeenergy.com with your name, order number and order date; no special wording is required. Where a purchase is legally classified as a service, the applicable service rules prevail: starting work alone does not automatically end the withdrawal right. Any lawful payment for work requested during that period and any loss of the right on full performance are subject to the required consent, acknowledgement and other legal conditions.
If your paid report is not delivered, cannot be opened, or is generated using details different from those you correctly submitted, email us with your order number. We will investigate and, as appropriate, resend or correct the report without extra charge. If we cannot provide the purchased report or resolve a qualifying fault, we will provide an appropriate refund. This does not limit any legal right to correction, a price reduction, cancellation or a refund.
Please tell us promptly if you entered incorrect details. We will explain whether a correction is possible and obtain your agreement before any additional charge. Disagreement with an interpretation or the absence of a hoped-for outcome does not by itself mean the report is defective, but this does not excuse failure to supply what was described. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
6. Free Today’s Energy reading and membership waitlist
Each account may claim one free personalised Today’s Energy reading for the lifetime of the account and revisit its original report. The allowance does not reset daily. Revisiting a report shows its original reading date and does not generate a new daily reading. A failed generation does not use the free entitlement.
Membership is not yet available. We are collecting a waitlist only for membership launch notifications. Joining does not activate membership, incur a charge, reserve a price or subscribe you to marketing emails. Future daily and weekly membership readings, prices and launch arrangements will be announced separately. Any marketing subscription requires a separate choice.
7. Jewellery, shipping and returns
Material, size and care information is provided on the relevant product page. Natural stones may vary in colour, markings and shape; photographs and screen colours may differ slightly. These variations do not excuse a product that is materially different from its description. Follow the care instructions and avoid uses for which an item is not intended.
Our Shipping & Returns policy explains supported destinations, delivery estimates, charges and the physical-product return process. Physical orders of US$149 or more after discounts qualify for free shipping under that policy; digital readings do not count towards this threshold. Below the threshold, applicable shipping is shown at checkout.
Contact hello@thetimeenergy.com for the correct return address. Do not send returns to our business mailing address. Any voluntary return conditions are additional to, and do not reduce, mandatory withdrawal rights, product guarantees or remedies for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods. Report delivery problems promptly so we can help; statutory rights are not removed by a shorter reporting request in a policy.
8. Privacy and information about other people
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, retained and protected. Payment, account, reading and shipping information may be processed by service providers as described there. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information or payment-card details in free-text reading fields.
If you provide another person’s birth details for a compatibility reading, make sure you have permission or another lawful basis to provide them. Use a nickname where appropriate and do not submit confidential information you are not entitled to share. Privacy requests and questions can be sent to hello@thetimeenergy.com.
9. Intellectual property and permitted sharing
Our branding, website design and original content, together with licensed materials, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws to the extent those laws provide protection. Buying a report or product does not transfer ownership of our branding or underlying materials.
You may download and keep your report for personal use. You may share Love Oracle cards using our sharing features and retain any included attribution. This permission does not allow commercial resale, mass redistribution, copying our card collection to create a competing service, or use of our trademarks in a misleading way. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners.
10. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care in operating the site and supplying the products described, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical problems. An interruption does not remove our obligation to fulfil accepted paid orders or provide any remedy required by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses arising from use of products intended for personal use. We do not guarantee personal, relationship, career or financial outcomes from a reading or crystal purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies for our failure to meet our contractual obligations.
11. Applicable law and resolving concerns
The law governing an order and the courts entitled to hear a dispute are determined by the applicable conflict-of-law and jurisdiction rules. These terms do not require you to give up mandatory protections available in your country of habitual residence or to bring a consumer claim only in the United States.
Please first contact hello@thetimeenergy.com with your order number and concern so we can try to resolve it. You remain free to use any consumer authority, dispute-resolution procedure or court available to you under applicable law. There is no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver in these terms.
12. Updates to these terms
The version provided at the time of your order governs that order, unless you expressly agree otherwise or a change is required by law. We may update these terms for future use and orders and will show the new update date. Where required, material changes affecting an ongoing service will be notified separately and any necessary consent obtained. An update does not retrospectively remove an existing claim or consumer right.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
