A Situation Reading uses a Qi Men Dun Jia chart cast for the moment you submit your question to explore your current situation and possible near-term developments. The relevant timeframe depends on your question. It offers an interpretation of tendencies and possible paths, rather than guaranteed outcomes, and cannot establish what another person thinks or will do.

Best for one specific, near-term question. Include the timeframe you have in mind. For long-term life patterns, explore Life Blueprint.

We recommend revisiting the same question when circumstances meaningfully change, rather than submitting it repeatedly.

Website readings are generated through the readings app. Estimated processing times are 5–10 minutes for This Year, 10–15 minutes for Life Blueprint and Compatibility, and 10–20 minutes for Situation Reading. We calculate our charts, with AI-assisted interpretation. Birth-based BaZi charts use your birth details and true solar time based on your birthplace. Situation Reading uses a Qi Men Dun Jia chart for the moment you submit your question, rather than your birth moment; any optional BaZi context is identified separately.

For BaZi readings that offer a birth-time-unknown option, we can use the year, month and day pillars. Without the hour pillar, the chart is incomplete: hour-pillar interpretation is unavailable, and some Five Element balances and detailed timing conclusions may be less certain. This option does not apply to every reading. Check the selected reading’s requirements; do not enter a guessed time.

Paid readings are personalised digital products delivered by email. They are final sale and non-refundable once delivery begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal at that point. At checkout, you must actively agree to immediate supply; this consent is not pre-selected. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for non-delivery or defective or non-conforming digital content. Start with your intention, then check the specific crystal and colour on the product page. The same colour can represent different stones; intentions follow the crystal, not colour alone. Crystal intentions are symbolic reminders, rather than promises of a particular outcome.

Keep your jewellery dry and remove it before showering, swimming or exercising. Avoid perfume, household cleaners and harsh chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft cloth and store pieces separately to prevent scratches. Follow any care instructions specific to your stone and metal finish.

Physical-product orders of $149 or more after discounts qualify for free shipping, with no additional-item shipping charge. Below $149, the applicable destination and additional-item charges are shown at checkout. Digital readings have no shipping charge and do not count towards the $149 threshold.
